Remote follow-up
We watch your miners remotely, get temperature, fan and hashrate alerts, and adjust them without a site visit, in Portugal and across Europe. With artificial intelligence.
Preventive
Cleaning, fans, immersion fluid and, for hydro, the circuit's pressure, level and pH.

Questions about support
Do you come on site?
Yes, when needed. We can often size an installation remotely, from photos and the miners' details.
Do you repair hashboards?
For hashboard repairs we work with AsicMinerPlace, our partner in Greece, with an ASIC repair lab. We handle the configuration, firmware, power consumption and maintenance.
Do you work with installers?
Yes. We give technical support to installers and have resale terms for DCX equipment.
Do you work outside Portugal?
On-site work is in Portugal. Across Europe, we size installations and monitor them remotely.
